Your Benefits at Work: Help for Depression and Anxiety

Wellness

If you are struggling with depression or anxiety, you are not alone. Depression and anxiety are prevalent in the U.S. and the challenges of living through a pandemic have only increased the number of Americans experiencing these issues. But you should know that Transocean offers you support and resources that you can access immediately, confidentially and from the privacy and comfort of your own home.

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, anxiety disorders affect over 40 million adults in the U.S. and major depressive disorder is the leading cause of disability in the U.S. for ages 15 to 45 and affects more than 16.1 million American adults.

Even if you don’t think that depression and anxiety are an issue for you and you are just feeling stressed or need to talk to someone, don’t hesitate to reach out for support. Transocean offers a variety of programs and resources that support your well-being.
