It’s the New Year, a time when many of us decide to make resolutions. We resolve to lose weight, eat healthier, give up bad habits, accomplish our financial goals—and the list goes on and on. But how many of us can look back at years past and say that we accomplished all of our resolutions? Not many of us!

This year, let’s commit to accomplishing our resolutions, and we’ll do it by changing the scope of our goals. Instead of making broad resolutions like, “I’ll become healthier in 2021,” let’s try taking small steps towards our goals and see where it takes us!

There are 31 tips that should be easy to act on in the normal course of the day, without adding to your workload or stress.
